Advise from David Carol... GET SMART
To be a "Good Photographer" you have to know things. That's why there are no child photography prodigy's. there are musical child prodigy's, sports child prodigy's and acting child prodigy's. But not in photography. You can not be a "Good Photographer" if your not educated and thoughtful. In fact photography is the "wit" of the visual arts. I know movies can be funny, but they're not witty. They may have a witty moment, but not the entire film. Name a witty movie. To be a "Great Photographer" you better be smart, educated and witty. Have an opinion and be interesting or go home. This is all true.
